The purpose behind this journal is to enlighten the general public on the importance of our lives. We live in a world where pain is inevitable, and these pains brings discomfort to our lives, and a lot of the times the end result is suicide. It’s a shame to us, that when we see our fellow brothers and sisters going through difficulty at some point in their lives, instead of helping them, we just laugh at them and use it to mock them. A lot of times we see this life as a competition, as a battle of the fittest which is why we don’t help others. The world is gradually coming to an end and it Is not right for us to end it with our own hands; the rate of suicide is rapidly increasing thus bringing the end to the world closer. Through the many stories, poems and articles from various writers across the world that seek to explore the crucial aspects of pains, I hope the world will begin to see people for what they truly are. It’s my prayers that the world will condemn suicide. The lives of each individual no matter how rich or poor, educated or uneducated, sane or insane are God’s gift to humanity and committing suicide isn’t a way out of any problem we face in this life. Committing suicide is a great sin in life, perhaps through writing, poetry and self expression, I and other great writers will successfully destroy this act that only brings more pains to your family and loved ones instead of ending yours.
